How Do I Know if I am ready for Therapy?
The easiest answer to this question is yes.
Therapy is ready for you, no matter where you are in life. Therapy will meet you where you are. If you are lost in struggle or if you are surrounded by abundance, there is always space for you in therapy. Change is an inevitability and with therapy, you are able to inform change with intention, awareness, and confidence.
If you are gravitating towards personal discovery and are curious about therapy, that might mean you’re ready for therapy.
